A talented musician and vocalist, Georgie expanded beyond the pop world in the 70s and 80s and he is equally at home in the company of jazz groups and big bands, orchestras, rock groups and his own band, The Blue Flames.

In the 90's, he was a founding member of ex-Rolling Stone Bill Wyman's new group, The Rhythm Kings, and also regularly tours with the legendary Van Morrison.
