Responsibilities
- Oversee all food production
- Manage, train and schedule all kitchen staff
- Responsible for budget and kitchen cost control
- Maintain proper food inventory levels
- Hygiene of staff and premises
- Maintain proper kitchen headcount
Requirements
- Prior management or assistant management western kitchen experience is a must
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible, reliable and well organised
- Passionate, positive and self-motivated
- Strong business acumen
- Spoken and some written English
- Early availability is a plus
