The Cadillac is a massive open-air Mexican-American bar and grill in Causeway Bay's Hysan Place. It takes diners on a culinary road trip from Tijuana to Los Angeles.
The menu is divided into “north of the border” and “south of the border” sections. In it you'll find innovative twists on Mexican cuisine, such as beef tartare tacos and sea urchin on pork chicarron, as well as classic favorites such as burritos and carne asada.
The Cadillac is also a great place just to kick back with a few drinks on the terrace. It features a good selection of margaritas and other cocktails (including bubble tea cocktails), along with choice beers and wines. Come ride with us!
